All prices displayed within the wholesale section of this website are current trade prices available to approved business customers with wholesale access.

Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary depending on order volume, minimum order quantities (MOQ), logistics requirements, and commercial agreements. All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

Minimum order quantities apply to all wholesale products. MOQs may vary by product format, order size, and delivery location. Applicable MOQs will be displayed on the product page or confirmed at checkout.

Orders & Acceptance

All wholesale orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance by Star Chocolates®. A binding contract is formed once an order has been successfully placed and confirmed via the Shopify checkout system.

Star Chocolates® reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at its discretion.

Forecasting

Wholesale customers may be required to provide sales forecasts to support production planning and supply continuity. Forecasting requirements will be discussed separately and do not affect the validity of online orders unless agreed in writing.

Changes to Terms

Star Chocolates® reserves the right to review and update wholesale pricing, MOQs, and commercial terms in response to market conditions or operational requirements. Any material changes will be communicated in writing.

Wholesale Access

Wholesale pricing and bulk formats are available exclusively to approved business customers. Access to the wholesale section is granted at the discretion of Star Chocolates®.
