Returns & Refunds

Wholesale (B2B) Orders

Wholesale sales by Star Chocolates are made to approved business customers.

Returns, refunds, credits, and replacements are not automatic and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the terms set out on this website and applicable Australian law.

Any claims relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and must include supporting documentation, such as photographs and order details.

Star Chocolates reserves the right to inspect the goods and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, credit, or refund where required by law.


Non-Returnable Items

Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect ordering by the customer

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

  • Products that have been stored incorrectly

  • Products past their stated shelf life


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
